Scott receives scholarship

The Shelton Schools Foundation awarded a $1,000 scholarship to Shelton High School graduate Kevin Scott.

Scott is the son of Jack and Jolene Scott of Shelton. He participated in basketball for four years and baseball for three years while taking upper-level and honors courses. He also was active with the DECA program and served as a volunteer with youth basketball. He plans to attend Olympic College before transferring to a university to pursue a career in business finance.
