EFI in search of volunteer board members
Exceptional Foresters Inc. has open positions for volunteer board members. Meetings are one evening every two months for about three hours.
Board members are responsible to prepare in advance for decision making and policy formation, have a strong understanding of EFI programs and goals, and use personal and professional skills to advance EFI.
Exceptional Foresters Inc. has been a part of Mason County for more than 58 years, serving people with disabilities. Today, the nonprofit organization serves more than 200 people in Mason County with disabilities, allowing them to live in their own homes, work in local businesses and participate in community activities.
EFI is directed by a seven-member board of trustees made up of community leaders. For more information, call Blake Chard at 426-0077, ext. 138, or email blakechard@team-EFI.org.
