Shelton Police are looking for at least three suspects who broke into three businesses and robbed and ransacked them on the 300 block of Wallace Kneeland Boulevard the night of June 10.

According to a news release by the department, officers responded to a burglar alarm at one of the businesses about 11:45 p.m. June 10. Officers arrived to find the three businesses in a strip mall, which share a ceiling, ransacked. Police say it appears the burglars came into the businesses through the vent system and took cash from all three.

The department reports an audible burglar alarm caused the suspects to exit the rear of one of the businesses and flee; the other two businesses had no operable alarm. One of the businesses has a video system that recorded the theft of cash and two suspects.

Two of the suspects are wearing black pre-molded masks covering their faces, blue bandanas covering their necks and blue mechanic overalls. One of the males was wearing a gray knit cap and carrying a black backpack that contained items used to commit the crimes.

Police report the suspects appear to be light-skinned males in their late teens or early 20s with dark hair. They are thin enough to squeeze through a small vent.

Anyone with possible information can contact the Shelton Police Department at 426-4441 or Detective Moran at 432-5184.
