Information abounds on smaller computers
The Verde Valley Computer Club Digital Camera Special Interest Group will meet Friday, Jan. 7, at 5 p.m. Note this is a time change. The topic will be reviewing the new handout No. 2.
The VVCC general meeting will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, at 9:30 a.m. The topic of hand-held computing will be presented by Ted Lubowsky, who works for a cellular phone company.
Also, on Saturday, Jan. 18, will be the PC Tune-up Clinic at 11 a.m. with a fee of $25 per hour. There is a one-hour minimum. The public is invited to have a computer tuned up and ready for the new year.
All meetings are free with the exception of the PC Tune-up Clinic. All meetings are held in the Clemenceau Building, at Willard Street and Mingus Avenue, Cottonwood. For information, contact Dave Olson at 639-0106.
