A Sauk Centre man is being charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and is currently being held on $100,000 bail in Stearns County jail.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Stearns County District Court, Clinton Samuel Weilage, 52, is accused of molesting a girl beginning when she was 12 years old and continuing until she was 17.

The woman, now 23, called police on Dec. 29, 2011, to report the molestations. The Sauk Centre Police Department referred the case to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office, who took over the investigation. The woman alleged she was molested more than 100 times from the time she was 12 until she was 17. According to the complaint, the alleged molestations included sexual intercourse.

According to the victim, the alleged molestations began in March of 1999 and continued through March 2004.

Weilage faces three counts of criminal sexual conduct. The three counts are due to the three different time periods the molestations allegedly occurred. Weilage has a record of sexual misconduct dating back to 2005.

If convicted of the current charges, he could face up to 30 years in prison.
